As a core member of the design team for the UKG.com web redesign, I played a key role in launching a significant visual brand evolution. I directed a freelance designer for support images, influenced and selected core photography, and designed creative page layouts that strategically utilized our web components. Following the launch, I continued to contribute by joining a team that met weekly to monitor site performance and strategize ongoing improvements to enhance the user experience.

Post launch we saw a 363% increase in sessions, gated content downloads increased by 132%, and organic traffic quadrupled.
