As one of the Associate Creative Directors for the UKG Exclusives series, I co-led the creative direction and visual design, partnering closely with our stakeholders to develop the concept of an elevated webinar series that addressed a key need for the sales team. We transformed the traditional webinar format into a cinematic experience that stood out in the market.
For the premiere episode, "Rated G: Becoming Great For All," we used a movie concept to set the tone, incorporating elegant cinematic touches and a Saul Bass-inspired title sequence. I was also the designer on the project, creating all of the promotional assets, including a movie poster, direct mail invite, and social media content, all crafted to build anticipation and engagement. Post-show, we created bonus videos that tied the event’s discussions to UKG solutions, contributing to substantial sales opportunities. The last two episodes, which featured a gallery concept and on-location shoots, generated $3.2 million in ARR, pushing creative boundaries and delivering impressive results.
