UKG Exclusives

Everyone ignores webinars. So we stopped making them.

A standard webinar format wasn’t going to cut it. UKG Exclusives reimagined the model entirely — cinematic production, unscripted and unfiltered, high-stakes feel. I co-led creative direction and visual design, from concept through execution.

The UKG sales team had a problem: they needed a way to get high-value prospects in the room — or at least on the screen — and the traditional webinar format wasn’t cutting through. The ask was to create something that would actually move the needle. The answer was to blow up the format entirely.

The insight was simple but bold: if the content is valuable, the experience should feel valuable too. We looked outside the B2B world entirely — at film, at live events, at the kind of productions people actually look forward to — and asked what it would feel like if a webinar had the production ambition of a premiere. That became the creative north star for the entire series.

As co-creative director, I partnered closely with stakeholders to develop the concept and visual language for each episode from the ground up — there was no existing format to build on. This was a net new experience, invented from scratch. For the premiere, “Rated G: Becoming Great For All,” we leaned into a full cinematic concept — elegant, intentional, and anchored by a Saul Bass-inspired title sequence. I developed the initial storyboard and art-directed the designer who brought it to life, taking it through to a polished animation-ready handoff. For the promotional campaign, I took the wheel directly — designing the movie poster, direct mail invite, and social content myself, each piece built to create genuine anticipation, not just awareness. As the series evolved, so did the creative. Later episodes introduced a gallery concept and on-location shoots, each with their own distinct visual world.

Final deliverables across the full series: movie poster, direct-mail invite, social campaign assets, episode thumbnails, title sequence storyboard, BTS photography, and three full-episode productions with distinct visual worlds.

The last two episodes of the series generated $3.2 million in ARR.

Beyond the number, UKG Exclusives proved that B2B doesn’t have to be boring — and that creative ambition and business results aren’t in opposition. They’re the same thing.

Role: Associate Creative Director, Designer

Work from Episode 1

Episode 1 tackled diversity and inclusion in the workplace — not as a talking-points exercise, but as a real, unscripted conversation. The cinematic identity came through in every detail: the set, the pacing, and a Saul Bass-inspired title sequence that opened the show.

Episode 2

We looked at leadership as a personal journey, not a title. A gallery concept set the visual tone, with direct-to-camera interviews woven in to bring individual stories to the surface.

Episode 3

Shot on location with observational techniques, we stripped away the studio feel entirely — an intimate, candid conversation about what makes an employer brand actually human.
